By accessing and using DecideAI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

DecideAI is an AI-powered decision-making assistant that helps users make informed decisions based on their own knowledge sources (documents, books, notes) and universal knowledge. The Service allows users to upload documents, ask questions, and receive AI-generated responses based on their selected knowledge sources.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

  • Free Tier: Limited queries and knowledge sources
  • Starter Tier: 100 queries/month, 10 knowledge sources
  • Pro Tier: Unlimited queries and knowledge sources
  • Enterprise Tier: Custom pricing with additional features

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to upload User Content
  • User Content does not violate any third-party rights
  • User Content is not illegal, harmful, or violates our content policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content:

  • May contain inaccuracies or errors
  • Should not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions
  • Is provided "as is" without warranties
  • Does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.)

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content and using it at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by DecideAI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecideAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
